The incumbent is responsible for the marketing service of the company for Canada and the USA.

We are looking for a dynamic leader who is knowledgeable. The VP, Marketing, Communication & Digital Strategies will be a champion of innovation and creativity, and they will demonstrate an understanding of issues relating to beverages. The successful candidate will work closely with other members of the executive team.

Responsabilités principales :

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communication plan This will include, conducting situational analysis, setting key goals and priorities, targeting specific audiences, planning key messages, implementing and evaluating marketing and communications activities.
  • Provide leadership with the implementation and advancement of a digital strategy that includes online services, data collection, social media tools and content.
  • Ensure that all marketing and communication materials and activities promote a consistent brand within the community.

Formation, expérience, connaissances, aptitudes :

  • Degree in marketing and communications;
  • 10+ years of experience in senior leadership in the areas of marketing, communication & digital strategies in consumer goods, preferably beverage and/or alcohol;
  • A marketing expert, who is well versed in both technical knowledge and strategic thinking;
  • Strong business, data and statistical acumen – building 360 programs with measurable results;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure effective and collaborative family interaction with all levels in the organization and with external partners;
  • An approachable leader with a proven track record to inspire, motivate and develop team members with excellent skills to ensure collaborative interactions;
  • Identify and plan differentiated and impactful marketing strategies/materials;
  • Build, manage and coach a high-performing marketing team;
  • Ability to transform consumer insights into realistic new product development;
  • Direct and support market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data for short- and long-term market forecasts and reports (Nielsens, IRI);
  • Work closely with the sales department to align sales and marketing strategies;
  • Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels;
  • Experience in agency management (advertising, graphic, etc.)
  • Experience in trademarketing ;
  • Understanding the complexity of alcohol distribution in North America;
